1、拆開X、Y、Z三軸導(dǎo)軌伸縮護(hù)罩，檢查油排打油是否正常以及導(dǎo)軌、滾珠、絲桿、鏈條等潤(rùn)滑是否良好。

   2、檢查并清洗切削油箱之過(guò)濾網(wǎng)、止回閥并清理油箱內(nèi)的銅渣鐵渣等雜質(zhì)。

   3、清潔注油器儲(chǔ)油罐內(nèi)的油污、雜質(zhì)。

   4、檢查主軸打刀缸上潤(rùn)滑油杯中的油量，及時(shí)添加并保持油杯中的油量充足。

(油量占油杯2/3容積)。

   5、檢查電子手輪和操作面板上各控制開關(guān)和按鍵的功能動(dòng)作是否正常。

   6、檢查對(duì)刀儀測(cè)試平面的平面度(要求平面度0.01mm以內(nèi))，如有超差，請(qǐng)及時(shí)校正。(機(jī)器帶有此配置時(shí)保養(yǎng)項(xiàng)目)

III. Monthly Maintenance

   1, remove the X, Y, Z three-axis rail telescopic shield, check the oil row is normal and the rail, ball, screw, chain lubrication is good.

   2，Check and clean the filter and boiler check valve and clean up the impurities such as copper slag and iron slag in the fuel tank.

   3，Clean the oil pollution and impurities in the oil storage tank of the oiler.

   4, check the amount of oil in the lubricating oil cup on the spindle knife cylinder, add in time and keep the oil in the oil cup sufficient.

(The oil volume accounts for 2 / 3 of the oil cup).

   5, check the electronic handwheel and operation panel on the control switches and buttons function is normal.

   6, check the flatness of the instrument test plane (required flatness within 0.01mm), if there is excess, please correct in time. (Maintenance items when the machine has this configuration)
