1、檢查配重塊鏈條磨損情況，并添加油脂潤滑鏈條。

   2、清洗注油器及過濾器的吸油濾網(wǎng)。

   3、關(guān)掉電源后，用吸塵器清理電氣箱內(nèi)的灰塵。

   4、檢查電氣箱內(nèi)各觸點、接頭、插座、開關(guān)是否有松脫或燒焦情形，如有問題，應(yīng)及時更換。

   5、檢查刀庫凸輪及連桿軸承，并添加油脂潤滑。(機器帶有此配置時保養(yǎng)項目)。

   6、檢查各軸導(dǎo)軌面或滑塊的刮屑片效果是否良好。

   7、檢查機器上之指示銘牌與警告銘牌是否清晰存在。

IV. Quarterly Maintenance

   1, check the weight block chain wear, and add grease lubrication chain.

   2, clean the oil filler and filter of the oil absorption filter.

   3，After turning off the power, clean the dust in the electrical box with a vacuum cleaner.

   4, check the electrical box of the contacts, connectors, sockets, switches are loose or burned, if there is a problem,It should be replaced in time.

   5, check the tool library cam and connecting rod bearing, and add grease lubrication. (The machine has this configuration when the maintenance project).

   6, check the axis guide surface or slider scraping chip effect is good.

   7, check the machine on the indicator nameplate and warning nameplate is clearly present.
